Working with Reddy2Grow made a big change in my career as a Quality Analyst. They gave me an opportunity to go to Australia and work with different types of people who are deeply knowledgeable, professional and inspired me to strive for more. Kelly is always there to help if I have some questions and clarification that require immediate repsone. Also doing some retrospecrive to identify and help me if there's roadblocks encountered.

It's nice working with Reddy2Grow as a Data Analyst. They were able to give tasks that are related to database management, SOL, and data visualization. It was also good to know that they consider using and learning other software and fools that can make their websites and data easier to use and read. It can also be seen they show care to the staff by asking how we're doing, what are our tasks, our achievements, and if there are some issues or blockage.

Working with Ken has been a life changing experience for me. I've grown so much from the rookie project manager I was before to the leader I am now. He was more of a mentor to me as he opened my eyes and led me to the ways on how to grow a small team into an entire department. He is the type that would make sure that all the nitty gritty details are looked into, and believes that regardless of all the restrictions, our number one priority is to make sure things are getting done, no dramas, just work.

Apart from this, he also has done a great job in preserving the team culture and keeps telling us that it is one key factor of holding the team together. He's the type that would build good relationship with each of the members and treat the team as family.

One of the things that he keeps telling me is this: One Team, One Vision, and this was instilled into me since before. With Ken's good mentorship, I was able to make it work with different remote teams and handled a big team with very diverse culture. 

Working under his department has been a great leap into my career that I'll be bringing with me to the next stages of my life.
